ACCOUNTING / OFFICE MANAGER

This is a working manager position. Must have a degree in Accounting, demonstrate critical thinking skills, and capable of managing people. The primary responsibilities include the following: produce accurate financial statements on a timely basis; ensure installations are promptly job costed; manage accounts payable and an accounting assistant; process payroll. Salary based on qualifications and experience.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Adept in completing the following: post and deposit all checks, cash and credit card payments to customers’ orders; create invoices and follow up on collections; prepare waivers and coordinate payments.

SALES ASSOCIATES

Motivated, persuasive, goal-oriented, and experienced salesperson to work in our beautiful showrooms in Evanston and Gurnee, IL. Provide in-home consultations and estimates. Must have own vehicle.

SHOP AT HOME SALES ASSOCIATE

Independent, motivated, persuasive, goal-oriented, and experienced salesperson for in-home consultations / estimates. Must have own vehicle.

COMMERCIAL ESTIMATOR | PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Accurate, efficient and computer competent. Must be able to field supervise projects.

 

RETAIL SALES MANAGER

Experienced leader, motivated, collaborative mentor, with a strong work ethic to manage our sales staff in both our showrooms. Must be professionally sales trained. Previous flooring experience helpful but not necessary. Will train the right candidate.

 

GENERAL WAREHOUSE/DELIVERY DRIVER

1- 2yrs general warehousing experience to operate sit down fork lift and narrow aisle reach trucks, receive and staging materials for delivery, and capable to lift 80 LBS by oneself. Valid drivers license a must and “C” licenses a bonus.
